Vintage Ruby Z Cermice Heart Necklace, Vintage 70s Necklace
Ruby Z Vintage Ceramic 1970s Necklace with pastel and white hearts and beads. This funky fun necklace is made by Ruby Z.
The original company Of Parrot Pearls was created in San Francisco in 1975 towards the end of the "California Dreamin" movement in the late 1960s, early 70s. The ceramic jewelry is colorful in bright crayon colors. These pieces are immediately recognizable by happy, bright colors, attention to details, and whimsical designs based on children's lore, and drawings. These are handmade hand finished pieces made by artisan companies. Ruby Z split off from Parrot Pearls in the early 1970s. These are artisan pieces and they have never been mass produced.
Measurements: The necklace is 19" long, the longest heart is 2 1/4 inch
Condition: This necklace is in excellent vintage condition. Some crazing on the ceramic but consistent with age. No chips or cracks.
